Q: What is your COVID policy?
A: The safety of our patients and our staff is our top priority. We respectfully request that you wear a mask to enter our clinic. We also request that you come alone for your appointments as we are attempting to limit potential contact between staff and patients. As with every contagious illness, our processes and procedures for infection prevention and preventing the spread of illness remain the same.

 

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Trilogy Clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00pm and Fridays from 8:00am to 12:00pm. We are closed for lunch between 12:00pm-1:00pm. *after hours aesthetic appointments available by request

 

Q: Do you take health insurance?
A: Trilogy Clinic does not accept health insurance at this time. We do accept cash, checks, all major credit cards and care credit.

 

Q: What do I do if I am transferring my care from another practice?
A: We ask that you fill out a medical release form with all pertinent information and our front desk staff will fax this form to the appropriate clinic. If you have access to previous medical records, medications, labs through another clinic’s electronic health record (ex: mychart, power2patient), we ask you to access these records and print them off for your appointment.

 

 Q: What is the best way to schedule an appointment?

Q: What time should I arrive for a new patient appointment?
A: We respectfully ask you to arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled wellness or longevity appointments and 10 minutes before your scheduled aesthetic appointments.

 

Q: How do I receive my lab results?
A: We ask that you access the patient portal through our electronic health record. At the time of your visit, we will send you a link to access the portal. Please complete the steps to enroll. This will make it easier for you to access your lab results and any messages your provider may leave for you.

 

Q: Do I need to be fasting for my labs?
A: Even though some labs can be drawn without the need to fast, we request that you fast for any wellness labs.
